PRODUCT RECALL - Cuffy's Infant Toddler, and Kids Full Zip Hood Recall:

Dear Valued Customers,

It has been brought to our attention that some of our Childrens Full Zip Hoods, sizes 6 MOS. THRU 16, (style numbers RF043B AND RF051B) have a defective zipper pull that may detach from the garment and become a potential choking hazard.

This recall only applies if you purchased this item between June and July 2007 (manufactured in China)

We ask that you either bring the garment with receipt into any Cuffy's store location for an exchange or full refund, or mail it to the store you purchased it from, we will cover the cost of shipping in your refund.

If returning by mail, please include the following:
-Receipt
-Full name and complete mailing address
-Daytime phone number (in case we are missing any information needed to credit your account or send you a check)
