How do I place an order?
If you are a new customer please start by registering by clicking the "Register" link on the left hand side bar. If you are a returning customer, please log in by clicking the "Login" link on the left hand side bar.
Once registered and/or logged in, find the item you want through the "Online Store" link.
Select the size and color, then click "Add To Cart" button.
Once all desired items are in the cart, click "Check Out Now" button.
After verifying your shipping information, enter your credit card information and press "Place Your Order".
A confirmation E-Mail will be sent to you. Please keep this in a safe place as it will contain your order invoice number.

How do I cancel my order?
The moment you decide to cancel an order, either email us or call our Customer Service Department at 1-508-398-5162 ext. 22.
Please note that orders can only be canceled prior to shipping.

I found an Item in the store but can't find it online!
Only certain items carried in our stores will be offered on our online store as our inventory is constantly changing. It is our intention to continually update the online store to better reflect the merchandise carried in our local stores.

Why did I receive the wrong order?
If you received the wrong item it's possible that there was an error in the processing of your order.
We will promptly send you a replacement item or issue you a full refund after you have returned the product that was incorrectly shipped.
We will only refund shipping cost if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

My shopping cart
To add an item to your cart, click the "Buy Me" button that accompanies the item you want to purchase.
To remove an item from your cart, click the "Remove" button next to the item.
To change the quantity of an item in your cart, click and highlight the "Quantity" box and change the total to the appropriate number. Click "Recalculate total" and the additional items will be added or removed.

Checkout
Each time you click the "Buy Me" button, the contents of your shopping cart will be displayed. Here, you can change or cancel your order, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout. Once your order is complete, you will be prompted to give account information and complete your purchase.

We are currently unable to ship or bill orders internationally.

How long will my order take?
Cuffy's Co. Inc. makes no guarantee on delivery time, however most orders ship the day ordered if order is received by 1:00 PM EST. Typically orders take 1 to 6 days depending on destination.

Cuffy's return policy is simple: You may return any item at any time for any reason. This policy holds true for all local stores as well as our Online Store.
