Cuffy’s will gladly accept any unworn merchandise with original tags for return or exchange with an original sales receipt. Returns will be issued in the manner the receipt was paid. Without an original receipt, we will be happy to issue you a merchandise credit for the current selling price or an exchange for an item of equal value. Returns with a gift receipt will be issued a merchandise credit for the purchase price. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns processed through our online store or by mail. There is no time limit on returns as Cuffy’s understands the seasonal nature of our business. Merchandise in original condition can be returned to any of our locations at any time based on the guidelines above.
